The 1-person bedside cabinet Rapido is a smart and, above all, very practical solution for those who want to sleep comfortably while saving space. This bedside cabinet is designed with daily use and maximum functionality in mind. The Rapido bedside cabinet is available in a bed width of 85 cm or 110 cm, combined with a bed length of 200 cm or 210 cm. As a result, the Rapido always offers full 1-person sleeping comfort.
An important distinguishing feature of the Rapido bedside cabinet is the option of choosing a version with drawers or without drawers underneath. The version with two integrated drawers offers additional storage space for bedding or clothes, for example. The version with the drawers also raises the bed higher off the ground. The version without drawers is particularly interesting if you are dealing with a lower ceiling, as this version has an overall height of only 210.5 cm. The bed box features a sturdy and reliable mechanism with gas springs, allowing the bed to open and close smoothly and in a controlled manner. This ensures that little force is required and makes the bedside cabinet very pleasant in daily use. The slatted base offers good support and is suitable for a mattress with a maximum thickness of 18 cm. Thanks to the fastening straps, the bedding stays neatly in place during folding. If you want to fold up the bed including the duvet, we recommend a slightly thinner mattress.
The Rapido bedside cabinet is available in two different cabinet depths, namely 33 cm and 44.6 cm. The 33 cm deep version is ideal if you want to live as compactly as possible. The 44.6 cm deep version offers extra comfort because it allows you to store pillows in the cabinet thanks to the brackets and because it has a handy shelf at the head of the bed. In terms of appearance and finish, the Rapido bedside cabinet is available in various melamine colours and also in different paint colours, so that the bedside cabinet can be perfectly matched to your interior. The back wall of the bedside cabinet is white as standard, but can be supplied in a different finish at an extra charge.
